Formerly responsible for internal control and consolidation at Groupe Open (a listed digital services company), Vanessa Vagost has joined the management team at the consulting firm, digital services company and independent software vendor to support its strong growth.
Hardis Group, a consulting firm, digital services company and independent software vendor, expands its management team by appointing Vanessa Vagost as financial director. This new post is part of the implementation of a new organization to support its strong growth both in France and abroad.
42-year-old Vanessa Vagost brings 20 years of experience in finance, internal and external auditing, accounting, management control and management. Prior to joining Hardis Group, she was internal control and consolidation manager from 2005 at Groupe Open, a listed digital services company which has experienced strong organic and external growth in recent years.
Vanessa Vagost's main task will be to provide Hardis Group with the financial tools to support its strong growth both in France and abroad and diversify its growth methods: consolidation of figures between subsidiaries and the parent company, management and calculation of investment profitability (external growth operations, sites in new countries, etc.), financial structure optimization, financing of new projects, etc.

A graduate of EM Lyon business school and the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Grenoble (Grenoble institute of political studies), Vanessa Vagost began her career as a senior consultant in the audit and consulting branch of Ernst & Young from 1999 to 2005.
