Hardis Group, the vendor of the Reflex logistics management software suite, has sealed a partnership deal with Tunisian integrator Deltasoft International. The agreement strengthens Hardis Group’s presence in North Africa and the wider continent, while enabling Deltasoft International to cater to the advanced logistics management needs of its clients—and win new business—with an expanded catalogue of solutions.
Grenoble, January 22, 2020 – Hardis Group, a consulting firm, digital services company and independent software vendor, has signed a new partnership agreement with Tunisian integrator Deltasoft International. Under the deal, which aligns with Hardis Group’s international growth strategy, Deltasoft International will market and integrate the vendor’s Reflex software suite, including the Reflex WMS warehouse management system.
Deltasoft International serves over 200 clients in North, French-speaking and Sub-Saharan Africa, catering mainly to the automotive, agri-food and retail industries. With close to 20 years’ experience as a leading Microsoft Dynamics integrator, the firm has gradually expanded its offering and expertise to become a provider of innovative, comprehensive, value-added solutions, integrating specialized ERP, business intelligence, e-commerce, and other applications. “Special developments around Microsoft Dynamics no longer cater to our clients’ advanced logistics requirements,” said Jalel Besbes, CEO at Deltasoft International. “So we decided to branch out into integrating an off-the-shelf application. Reflex is already used by major firms here in Tunisia—including Ulysse Logistics Company, which handles logistics operations for Carrefour, Decathlon and Darty Tunisia. It has an excellent reputation. That’s why, in the end, we opted for Hardis Group’s application.”
For Hardis Group, the deal is the latest move in its international growth strategy, as the company looks to forge partnerships with reputable local integrators. “Our teams have worked together on a sales and marketing plan for 2020, and we’ll be holding a joint seminar, on February 13, where we’ll be presenting Reflex to the Tunisian market,” said Cécile Arnaud, Head of International Development at Hardis Group. “In the coming months, we’ll also be training Deltasoft International’s functional and technical consultants to help them get the most out of our applications.”
